HELLY’S KITCHEN is a bakery run by trained pastry chef Helly Armstrong, operating out of East London.

Passionate about food and baking, Helly started her career five years ago in a high-end restaurant in Marylebone, learning the culinary arts of fine dining. Afternoon tea, however, has always played a large role in Helly’s career, inspiring her to take on a role at The Wolseley and later moving on to the Afternoon section at The Savoy.

She creates her confections by drawing inspiration from the different places she has worked, lived and travelled to, along with a love of pastry.
